On behalf of Sandwich Youth Basketball we would
like to thank you for your participation in our very successful
25th Marsh Madness tournament. Everywhere we looked kids were
playing basketball and having a ball. This was a very comforting
sight after the weeks of planning and hard work that dozens of
volunteers put in to make sure that 74 teams participating in
119 games went smoothly. The groups were very competitive as
there were a lot of games decided in the final minute and at
least a dozen overtime games.
We have received some very kind feedback from several of you
about your weekend in Sandwich and we thank you for that.
Good luck to everyone on the remainder of your tournament season
and we hope to see you again next year.

Basketball Tournament.
No AAU Teams. Players must be a
player/resident of the town. |

Sandwich, Falmouth,
Barnstable, Acushnet, Plymouth, Bourne and other towns host tourneys during the month of
March - hence the name "MARCH MADNESS". Since Sandwich has such
close proximity to marshes downtown and by the beaches, the SYB tourney is known as:
Marsh Madness.

selects their best available players to compete at the next level of competition against
other town travel teams.
